Change isn’t always easy. When the Balmain community expressed concern about their local Woolworths transitioning to a Metro, we created a suite of in-store POS designed to reassure shoppers and clearly communicate what was changing. The work focused on explaining the benefits of the new format in a simple, approachable way, using a lighter, more playful tone in line with Metro’s voice. My role was to craft copy that addressed concerns while highlighting the positives, ensuring the messaging felt clear, friendly and helped build confidence in the change.
